- 1/2 cup almond milk
- handful spinach
- 5 frozen cherries
- handful of almonds
- dash of cinnamon
- 1 digestion plus
- 1 scoop fiber
- 1 scoop chocolate protein
- 1 scoop vanilla protein
- ice
- water
- blend it all in your bullet, blender, Ninja, whatever you have.
Morning Chocolate Banana Shake:
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- handful spinach
- 1 banana
- handful almonds
- dash cinnamon
- 1 digestion plus packet
- 1 scoop fiber
- 2 scoops chocolate protein
- ice
- water
- Blend it up!
Vanilla protein bars:
- 1 cup Almond Butter
- 2/3 cup local raw honey (or agave if Vegan)
- 1 cup Vanilla protein
- 2 cups gluten free oats
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup fresh pecans
- mix all ingredients together and pat down into a glass dish. OR roll into individual balls
Chocolate crispy treats:
- 2 Tbl coconut oil
- 2 Tbl Almond Butter
- 2 scoops Chocolate protein
- 1 scoop fiber
- 1 cup Brown Rice Puffs
- Mix together and place flat on wax paper. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes then break them apart
- 1 cup almond butter
- 2/3 cup honey (you can also use agave if you are going for vegan)
- 1 cup protein powder (I use half and half chocolate and vanilla)
- 2 cups of gluten free whole oats
